About the collected data


The data collected by onebrain varies depending on the use and interaction you make with our platforms. This policy applies to personal data that we collect from or about you through the following sources:

Sites: onebrain’s site is aimed at startups and companies in general, and operated by or for onebrain.

Third-party sites: we maintain third-party sites such as social networks and landing pages.

Ads: If you interact with one or more of our ads on a third-party site, we may receive information about that interaction.

Interactions: during interactions, we may, for example, create personal data about you, but is not limited to records of messages sent via chatbot, social networks, and e-mail.

Types of Data

Forms: contact data (name, phone, email), locational data (country, state, and city), professional profile data (job title, company name, and segment, educational background, and years of experience), and data for marketing purposes (your marketing preferences and information about your CRM), entered in the contact forms, events and download the content we make available, will be collected and stored.

Newsletter: when subscribing to the newsletter, we collect and store the registered e-mail address until the user requests to unsubscribe.

Website: in this case, when you visit our site, a “cookie” is inserted in your browser using the Google Analytics software to identify your navigation data.

Data not expressly provided for: eventually, other types of data not expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy may be collected, provided that they are provided with the consent of the user or, further, that the collection is permitted or required by law.

Purpose of the data collection

The purpose of the user’s data collected by the means described in the “Sources” section is to fulfill the requests made by filling out forms.

Personal data may also be used for commercial purposes, to customize the content offered to the user, as well as to improve the quality of the site.

The services provided by onebrain will be to keep you updated about the offers and advantages offered by the company. All the information registered and collected on the site is used only to improve the user’s experience with the brand and its services.
